Vous \u00eates plusieurs \u00e0 nous demander des nouvelles des coulisses de cette transition chez UDITIS. Voici quelques images des s\u00e9ances en compagnie de nos \u00e9quipes et de Laurent Vuarraz Voisin de TALK.SWISS qui accompagne l\u2019ensemble des cercles avec doigt\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qu\u2019on se le dise, pour \u00e9viter tout malentendu, une entreprise sans chef est un raccourci s\u00e9mantique. Il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t de passer un contrat collectif avec les \u00e9quipes : gagner de l\u2019autonomie et des responsabilit\u00e9s. Autrement dit, chacun dans son domaine est amen\u00e9 \u00e0 devenir un leader au sein du collectif.
