C\u2019est la question que se posera le 2 novembre prochain la 17\u00e8me \u00e9dition du <a href=\"https:\/\/forep.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">FOREP &#8211; Forum Excellence et Performance.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span>Depuis 2005, la manifestation repr\u00e9sente un rendez-vous incontournable pour tout public \u00e0 la recherche de nouvelles impulsions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des syst\u00e8mes de management et de la Business Excellence. Les participants y trouvent l\u2019occasion de profiter de nombreux \u00e9changes. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span><em>\u00ab&nbsp;L&#8217;humain au c\u0153ur de la transformation&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> sera un th\u00e8me \u00e9voqu\u00e9 par une dizaine de conf\u00e9renciers, dont notre fondateur et associ\u00e9 Michel Perrin qui viendra partager ses exp\u00e9riences. <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Comment donner le maximum de libert\u00e9 aux gens pour qu\u2019ils restent impliqu\u00e9s&nbsp;et int\u00e9ress\u00e9s aux clients de l\u2019entreprise ? C\u2019est un des gros d\u00e9fis de l\u2019agilit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, estime Michel Perrin. Surtout quand l\u2019organisation se modifie au fil du temps. Comme UDITIS, justement. <em>\u00ab&nbsp;En une ann\u00e9e et demi, nous avons gagn\u00e9 30% de collaborateurs suppl\u00e9mentaires. Comment faire pour embarquer tout le monde&nbsp;?\u00bb<\/em>, s\u2019interroge-t-il. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span>A l\u2019heure o\u00f9 m\u00eame des multinationales cherchent \u00e0 se tourner vers l\u2019agilit\u00e9, Michel Perrin \u00e9voquera \u00e9galement le r\u00f4le de la taille d\u2019une organisation dans ce processus. <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Cette taille n\u2019est pas l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus critique.
